Payment

Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, Connect, Maestro, American Express and Debit Cards. You can also for your convenience select the products you require online and time of check out at the payment selection choose Phone Order we will then simply telephone for payment over the phone. You can also send in Cheque/Postal Order by the same process, stating in your customer notes that you are sending in payment or telephone with details. Cheques are made payable to I Designs Ltd.

 

30 Day Non Faulty returns and exchanges

Here at I Designs Ltd we operate a no hassle 30 day money back gurantee, we aim to take the stress out of online ordering and as a reputable company of bricks and morter give you ample time to return those unwanted items. I Designs Ltd must simply receive the goods back within 30 days from delivery date, if the consumer wishes to return unwanted goods. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Idesigns Ltd reserve the right to refuse to refund the goods subject to the goods being of non merchantable quality. Refunds will be for the value of the goods and will not include the cost of postage to send the goods to the customer. All costs of returning the goods must be bourne by the customer and I Designs Ltd accept no liability for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit from the customer to I Designs Ltd. If the customer wishes to exchange goods they will be charged a handling fee of £20.00. Bulky items will be charged at cost. If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer and no postage will be charged for sending the goods back out, please include the receipt for the postage cost if you are entitled to a postage refund. For your convenience you can log into your account and select the order that requires an item to send back, you will then receive on aproval an autherisation number, simply print the order out marking the item returned with the autherisation number. For you protection we would advice you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.
